8. Damaged Parcel at Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:
- Please record an unboxing video
- Take clear photos
- Contact us immediately
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
9. Multiple Items / Partial Shipment
In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or packaging requirements.

10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
