Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
We currently offer size exchanges within India only.
At present:
- No returns or exchanges for international orders
- Refunds are not provided once a product has been sold, except where required under applicable law or approved by us in exceptional cases.
2. Sale / Discounted Products
Please note that any item purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance event, or at a discounted price is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
3. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Item must be free from perfume, stains, damage, or alterations
- Exchange request must be raised within the allowed timeline
4. Exchange Request Timeline (India Orders)
For orders delivered within India:
- You must inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment
- Requests after 72 hours from delivery may not be accepted

5. Return Shipping for Exchange
For exchange requests:
- Customer must send the parcel back to us at their own expense
- We currently do not provide reverse pickup service
- We strongly recommend using a traceable courier service
- Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until successfully delivered to us.
- If the parcel is not received by Attire Nests, it will be treated as not returned.

7. Courier Receipt Submission
Please share the courier receipt within 3 days of receiving the product for timely exchange processing.
Delays beyond this period may result in rejection of the exchange request.
8. One-Time Exchange Policy
Each customer/order is eligible for one exchange only.
Multiple exchanges for the same order/product may not be permitted.
9. Reshipping Charges
Once the returned product is received and approved:
- The customer must bear the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product again.
- After applicable shipping charges are cleared, the replacement shipment will be dispatched.
10. If Product Becomes Unavailable
If the requested exchange product/size is sold out or unavailable at the time of processing:
- A coupon code equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be issued.
- This coupon can be used for future purchases on our website.
11. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Clear product photos are mandatory
- Evidence must be shared immediately after delivery
- Exchange or resolution will be processed only after verification.
12. Color Variation Disclaimer
A 10–12% variation in color appearance may occur depending on:
- Screen resolution
- Mobile/computer display settings
- Photography lighting
- Natural fabric dye variation
Such minor color differences shall not be considered valid grounds for return or exchange.
